Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $80. All of our garments ship out of our warehouse in Reno, NV. Shipping carrier depends on your location and the warehouse chooses the most cost effective carrier.
All diapering products ship from our retail location in Alameda, Ca.
Shipping turnaround time is typically 24-48 hours and most packages ship ground service. Destinations on the west coast will take 1-2 days while midwest locations will typically take 3+ days to arrive.
Garment Returns & Exchanges
We have taken great care in creating and inspecting your garment and are sure you will be delighted with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied in any way with your purchase, please email us and we will address your concerns.
All returns must be made within 21 days of purchase. A return authorization code must be requested within 7 days of purchase and must be written on the outside of your returned package.
All returns must be in new, unworn condition, in original packaging and with all tags and labels attached. We inspect all returned merchandise and reserve the right to refuse a return or deny a full refund based on the returned condition.
We do apply a $6.00 handling fee for all returned/exchanged merchandise that was shipped under our "FreeShip40" promotion. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded.
